SADIQ MANAGEMENT TEAM

The management team of SPNL comprises of indigenous professionals who are very skillful, well experienced in oil and gas industry, hardworking and committed, capable of managing the company's operations. They have as a policy being obedient to the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and to operate under a strictest code of ethical conduct.

They are as follows:

David Onochie Nwaezeapu (Chief Executive Officer)

David Nwaezeapu joined the Chrismatel Group in 1991 as the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser. He obtained his first degree in law from the University of Benin City, and a Master's degree in law from the University of Lagos. Before joining the group, he was involved in private practice as a counsel in the chambers of Nafu-Baba-Ahmed & Co. Legal Practitioners where he rose within a short time to head the chamber. Mr. Nwaezeapu has held the position of Executive Director (Personnel and Administration) at Utilgas Nigeria and Overseas Gas Company Limited and is the principal in the chamber of Regal Partners (Solicitors). He holds the directorship portfolio in Dizpharm, Ulticare Lyka as well as African Petroleum Plc.

Mr. Nwaezeapu holds a degree in management and MBA from ESUT Business School. He is a graduate of the Advanced Management Programme and an alumni of the prestigious Lagos Business School. He is a member of NBA, IBA, NIM, IOD and the Petroleum Institute of the United Kingdom.

Amangala T.Y (Head Downstream Ops/Admin.)

He is a graduate of Accountancy from Yaba Technology Yaba, Nigeria and holds PGD from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka in marketing. He has attended several professional courses with the college of Petroleum and Energy Studies Oxford, London, National Centre for Economic Management and Administration, and is a member of ICAN - PE1, Nigeria Institute of Management, and Institute of Cost Management. He has enjoyed past working experience with the NNPC for 13 years.

Vincent Adiasor (Chemical/Materials Manager)

Mr. Vincent Adiasor holds a B.Sc (Chemical Engineering from the university of Ife, Ile-Ife, 1985. He is a member of Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). He also has over 10 years experience in the chemical industry and over 8 years experience in the oil industry.

Mr. Samuel Obakpolor (Head of Finance)

He is responsible for SPNL's finance with the primary focus of implementing an integrated accounting system in the company to achieve efficient management and the proper utilization of SPNL's funds to meet its obligations.

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the famous Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and a master degree from the Premier University, Ibadan. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA). Mr. Obakpolor has over 10 years of experience in professional accounting practice. He has worked for Union Bank Plc and other companies as accountant. Mr. Obakpolor specializes in taxation management, corporate finance, payroll administration and group accounting. He has also attended several professional courses in accounting and finance.
